To begin, lift and remove the rear cover by releasing the locking buttons, then loosen the screw securing the back panel. Detach the vacuum hose from the pump using a 19mm wrench and carefully slide the tray outward—being cautious not to damage any wires or hoses.

Inside, you’ll find the vacuum pump, control transformer with dual fuses, seal transformer, and contactors for the pump and sealing system. The pump overload relay includes a reset button for safety, while the micro switch starts the sealing cycle when the lid closes. Other essential parts include the gas-charged lid shock, seal solenoid, and vent solenoid, which manage air pressure and chamber equalization during operation.

Once inspection or maintenance is complete, simply slide the tray back, reconnect the vacuum hose, tighten the nut, secure the locking screw, and replace the cover. Your vacuum sealer is now ready for another efficient, reliable run.
