General Return Guidelines

1. Return Authorization Required

All returns must be pre-approved. A Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be obtained from Promarksvac Corp. before sending any item. Returns without an RA# will not be accepted.

    2. Return Window

    Return requests or claims for order discrepancies must be submitted within 10 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period cannot be processed.

    3. Restocking Fee

    A 25% restocking fee applies to all accepted returns. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and administrative handling.

    4. Freight Charges

    Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking and insurance, as Promarksvac Corp. is not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit.

    Custom & Special Orders

    Please note that custom or special order items are non-refundable and non-returnable under any circumstances.

    Important Notes


    Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
    Credits will only be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
    Any damages that occur during return shipping are the responsibility of the sender.
