We recently purchased their largest vacuum sealing machine from Darren, their salesperson. We've been using Multivac machines for over a decade, but we found that the maintenance and repairs were far too expensive. We got in contact with Darren and he was able to show us some great machines at an affordable price without sacrificing quality and reliability.

We were under pressure to get our operations back and Darren worked diligently to help us get a loaner as quickly as possible while we waited for a new machine to arrive. Darren and Geylon are extremely knowledgeable about their machines and were able to guide and assist us through every step of integrating their machine into our operations. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable machinery and great support.

Hi Promarks especially Rick Hird had been absolutely fantastic with his knowledge and contact accessibility with regards an intermittent fault on our 860 cryovac machine .
He has given direct contact/hands on advice from California to me in Albany , Western Australia our nearest promarks agent is 3500 kilometres away in Australia but don’t have the knowledge required for technical issues that we get from time to time .
Rick’s knowledge and help has resolved our problems and we don’t have this kind of service anywhere in Australia
Invest in a promarks machine their backup service is just exemplary

We purchased a packaging machine from Promarksvac Corp., and had a great experience.

Darrent, our sales representative, was very professional and helpful throughout the entire process. He provided clear information, guided us step by step, and remained very responsive even after the purchase.

When we experienced issues with the machine, Darrent acted quickly and coordinated support effectively to help get everything running smoothly again. He also gave timely and helpful recommendations when we needed additional equipment.

Been a longtime customer with them, our product (promark 80) has been extremely reliable considering we use the machine 8 hours everyday non stop. On the rare occasion's we do have an issue with machine they have been able to get someone out generally within a day to get it repaired. Desperate times when we needed it repaired during certain times of year, they have even made the effort to have their mechanic at our office at 4am to do a repair. 10/10 recommend them for product and customer service

I’ve personally dealt with Rick Hurd on behalf of my company since about 2004, regarding both service of my equipment as well as supply. Rick is not only extremely knowledgeable about my equipment and machinery, he is also very accessible. If he doesn’t answer my actual call, which he usually does, he returns it in a timely manner.

There have been times where we’re having an issue with equipment that needs to be dealt with immediately and Rick has been able to troubleshoot with me until resolution. I should probably mention my business is located on the East Cape in southern Baja California near the Cabo San Lucas area so it’s not like we can just call a technician who is ready at our convenience.

With that, we’ve always been able to obtain necessary parts for all of our equipment and machinery, as well as a steady supply of vacuum pouches with ease through both Rick, as well as his wife Amber. In short, top notch company, top notch people. I highly recommend Promarks, especially Rick and Amber Hurd!

I have owned and operated two different companies and with both companies I have been giving all my business to Rick & Amber at Promarksvac. Not only do they supply us with all our vacuum pack bags, available in many different mils, but every vacuum pack machine we have has been purchased and maintained by Rick and Promarksvac. They are quick to service the machines…and incredibly flexible when I need them to deliver bags to a different address. Pricing is on point. Always friendly. No reason to go anywhere else. Rick Hurd was a pleasure to work for over 2-1/2 years until we shut down our facility in Los Angeles. He was very professional and prompt in regards to servicing our DC-640 Vacuum chamber.
